About Us
About WMW International
Our Foundation
Founded in 2012 by our Founder and Director, Jessica M. Márquez, Women Ministering to Women International (WMW International) was birthed from a divine mandate to see women restored, renewed, and equipped to walk fully in their God-given identity and calling.
What began as a vision in one woman’s heart has become a global movement—a gathering place for women of every generation and nation who are hungry to see the Kingdom of God advance through their obedience and surrender.
Our Mission
To Restore, Renew, and Equip Every Woman’s Passion, Purpose, Calling, Potential, and Ministry.
We believe every woman carries divine purpose. Through teaching, mentoring, discipleship, and spiritual impartation, we help women rediscover the fire within—aligning passion with purpose, calling with clarity, and potential with Kingdom power.
Our Vision
To be a connecting point for:
- Women in Leadership seeking community and strength,
- Women in Ministry seeking growth and collaboration, and
- Every Woman who desires to deepen her relationship with God.
Our vision is to raise up generations of Kingdom women—anointed, equipped, and empowered—to impact families, churches, and nations.
Our Calling
We are more than a conference—we are a movement on assignment.
WMW exists to:
- Serve with humility and excellence,
- Disciple with integrity and love, and
- Live life to the fullest, embracing every opportunity to take our rightful positions in the Kingdom of God.
We believe that “The Time Is Now”—for women to rise, to lead, to minister, and to walk boldly in the authority of the Spirit.
Our Core Values
- Faith: Rooted in the unshakable truth of God’s Word.
- Excellence: Pursuing quality in every act of service and ministry.
- Unity: Building bridges among women of every culture, language, and denomination.
- Empowerment: Equipping women to lead with purpose and spiritual authority.
- Integrity: Living and serving in alignment with biblical principles.
Our Declaration
We are Women Ministering to Women—
Restored in grace.
Renewed in strength.
Equipped for purpose.
Positioned for impact.
We are WMW International:
A movement with a mission. A vision with a voice. A generation that will not stand on the sidelines.
North American Ministry
In January 2012, after nearly 17 years of missionary service, Antonio and Jessica transitioned from the foreign mission field to become pastors in Miami, Florida.
In 2017, Jessica made history as the first woman ever ordained as a minister in the Florida District of the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) and the first woman appointed as a North American Missionary, founding a new church in Downtown Miami—one of two thriving congregations they established there. Both Jessica and Antonio also taught at Purpose Institute for five years.
Together, they have planted 17 churches across four nations.
Women Ministering to Women International
Jessica is the Founder and Director of Women Ministering to Women (WMW) International, an international women’s conference and global movement.
Since its inception in 2012, WMW has hosted events worldwide, with some gatherings exceeding 9,000 attendees.
Tens of thousands have received the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and an equal amount have testified of creative miracles during her ministry.
Through WMW, Jessica continues to restore, renew, and equip women in their passion, purpose, and calling—raising up leaders across generations and nations.
Leadership, Education, and Service
Jessica holds an Ordination License with the United Pentecostal Church International and is currently completing her Master of Theology (Th.M.) in Missiology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She plans to enter her Doctoral Program in the Spring of 2026.
She is a Certified Marital and Pre-Marital Facilitator and has served as a guest lecturer at both Texas Bible Collegeand Urshan University.
In 2017, she was ratified by the UPCI General Board as the Southeast Regional Director for Building the Bridge, overseeing the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. In this capacity, she helped lead and facilitate crucial conversations during moments of national crisis, including the Ferguson Riots and the George Floyd incident.
Jessica became the first female (and Spanish-speaking) Chaplain of the Liberty County Sheriff’s Department in 2019. Her leadership and community service earned her nomination and approval as a biographical candidate for Who’s Who in America, representing Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, and Professionals from the state of Texas.
She served as Chaplain with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department and the Little Rock Police Department in Arkansas. She is a member in good standing with both the International Conference of Police Chaplains (ICPC) and the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) and has received specialized training in CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) and Suicide Awareness.
essica also serves on the Faith Advisory Board of Bienvenido, a Hispanic coalition empowering communities through civic engagement and conservative values. She has had the great opportunity of sitting on panel sessions and leading prayer with high leaders of government. She has visited the White House for Hispanic initiatives. Jessica has met and spoken with JD Vance, the Vice President of the United States, Ambassadors, Senators, and Congressmen and Congresswomen.
A Life of Ministry and Legacy
Together, Jessica and her husband travel the world, evangelizing and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ with passion and purpose. Her first book, focused on Miracles, is currently in progress.
Her greatest joy, however, is found at home—as wife to Antonio (28 years), mother to Antonio Jr. (26) and Lexy (25) and Joey (24).
Soon she will be “Abuelita” to her first grandchild, Ollie!
Jessica’s life and ministry continue to exemplify faith, courage, and the power of obedience to God’s call.
